    Mission

    37.98°N · 0.68°W · Torrevieja

We help businesses find where enquiries, sales, repeat customers and employee time are lost and implement focused improvements with a measurable result. We work with Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking businesses on the Costa Blanca.

What exactly we examine in a business

We walk the customer journey from the first enquiry to a repeat purchase and look for where losses happen.
    • First enquiry

We check where enquiries come from and whether they get lost between the website, ads, messengers and calls.

    • First reply

We look at the speed and quality of the first reply — especially in the evening and on weekends.

    • Offer and booking

We walk the path to a booking, reservation or purchase and remove unnecessary steps.

    • Purchase and service

We check where mistakes, manual work and delays happen while the order is fulfilled.

    • Repeat purchase

We check whether customers come back and whether there are reminders and follow-ups.

    • Data and control

We check where contacts and history are stored, and whether the owner sees the full picture.

    How we work

    1. Getting to know the business

We study the company, its customers, enquiry channels and current processes.

    2. Research conversation

We discuss real situations: how enquiries arrive, what employees do, what the company has already tried.

    3. Diagnostic

We walk the customer journey in detail and record where losses can happen.

    4. Choosing a priority

We pick one problem that affects money, time or quality of work the most.

    5. Small test of the fix

We launch a limited first step with a clear deadline and a way to measure the result.

    6. Implementation

We set up the process, train the team and check it on real situations.

    7. Measuring the result

We compare the numbers before and after and decide the next step.

    What tasks AksaFlow helps with

    • Enquiries and first replies

We find where enquiries get lost or stay unanswered and build a clear path from message to booking — without extra manual steps.

    • Process and follow-ups

We bring order to enquiries, reminders and customer care after the first contact, so nothing falls through the cracks.

    • Data and control

We make the work transparent: the owner sees the customer journey and the results of changes — no promises, no magic.

    What changes after implementation

Typical loss points that can be fixed without invented numbers
    • before

Enquiries come in, but some get lost unanswered or after closing hours.

      after

Every enquiry is visible: who replied, when and what happened next.

    • before

A customer comes once — and disappears.

      after

Reminders and follow-ups bring customers back.

    • before

It is unclear what works and what does not.

      after

The owner sees the customer journey and the results in numbers.

    Why AksaFlow

    • We start with the problem

We do not offer ready-made automation before we understand the real process of the business.

    • We study the whole customer journey

We look at the customer from the first enquiry to a purchase and a repeat enquiry.

    • We choose one priority

We do not change everything at once: we start with the problem that affects the result the most.

    • We test with a small step

We launch a limited change and measure its value in practice.

    • We measure the result

We compare the numbers before and after — and do not promise blindly.

    About the founder

Yurii helps owners and managers understand what happens to a customer after the first enquiry, where the process stops working and which change is worth testing first.

His role when working with a company:
    • understands how customer work is organised
    • walks the whole customer journey together with the company
    • finds possible loss points
    • identifies the most important problem
    • helps assess its impact on money, time and quality
    • proposes a small, measurable next step
    • arranges implementation and result verification
    Core principle

Do not sell a pre-chosen technology. First understand the business problem, then choose a way to solve it and verify the result.

    FAQ

    How much does it cost?

It depends on the tasks we find after the diagnostic. First we walk the customer journey, find the main loss point and propose a concrete, limited first step — with a clear price for that task.

What languages do you work in?

Ukrainian, Russian, English — plus Spanish for ads targeting the local audience.

    I don't have a website. Is that a problem?

No. First we look at the customer path and loss points: sometimes a clear page, messenger, booking form, or Telegram bot is enough. A website and traffic come in when they are actually needed.

How fast will I see results?

We start with a small test: one focused change with a clear deadline and a way to measure it. Its outcome shows whether the approach works and what to do next.

    What if it doesn't work?

Weekly plain-language reports: you see the numbers and decide yourself whether to continue. No annual contracts.
